Accounts

Organisations are onboarded to the Service and are responsible for the activity under their account and for keeping their credentials and API keys secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the bookings and customer data you manage.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Respect the rate limits and usage allowances of your plan.

Bookings

The Service helps you take and manage bookings. You are responsible for fulfilling bookings, for the accuracy of your availability and pricing, and for any agreements with your customers.

Plans & changes

Features and limits depend on your plan. We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

Availability & warranties

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyBookMySpot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
